A Step-by-Step Guide on How to Set Up Your Team and Manage It

In busy work environments, adding new team members quickly and smoothly is really important. This guide will show you how to do it easily, so you can get your new team member up and running fast.
 
! You have to be a admin to change ANY team settings !
 

How to invite a new member to your team?

  • Go to your settings
  • Click on section called "Teams"
  • Go and click on the button called "+ Invite Users"
  • Write a email of the user you want to add to your team
  • And when you have written the email then click on the button called "Send Invites"
  • Now your job as a admin is done! The new member just have to check their email to accept the invite

 

How to delete users?

  • Go to your settings
  • Click on section called "Teams"
  • Find the user you want to delete and make sure it's the right user
  • Click on the trashcan icon at the right side of their name
  • Done! The user is deleted!

 

How to change team name?

  • Go to your settings
  • Click on section called "Teams"
  • Click on button "Edit theme" next to team name
  • Click on the team name and write your new team name into the box
  • If you are done and happy with your team name click on the button "Save"
  • Done!
